These terms apply when you book or attend a Haus of Moments gathering. By reserving a spot, you agree to them. They're short, and they help keep our gatherings warm, safe and fair for everyone.
Tickets are booked through our website and processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and before any applicable tax, which is calculated at checkout.
Plans change — we understand. If you cancel 24 hours or more before the gathering, you'll receive a full refund. Within 24 hours of the gathering, tickets are non-refundable — but you're warmly welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or take a credit toward a future moment. Just email us at Hausofmomentz@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. And if we ever have to cancel or reschedule an event, you'll be offered a full refund or a transfer to the new date.
You take part in our gatherings at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haus of Moments — including its founders, team, and the venues and host locations where our gatherings are held — is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss or damage to you or your belongings arising from attending or taking part, except where caused by our gross negligence or where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Please look after yourself and your belongings, and follow any safety guidance from us or the venue.
We want every gathering to feel kind and safe, so we ask all guests to be respectful of one another and of the space. We are not responsible for the behaviour of other guests, including any disagreement, dispute or altercation between attendees. We reserve the right to ask anyone behaving unsafely, disrespectfully or disruptively to leave, without a refund.
Our gatherings are social and wellness-minded — they are not medical, psychological or therapeutic care, and aren't a substitute for it. Please take part within your own comfort and limits, and check with a qualified professional about any health concerns before joining.
Photos and video are often taken at our gatherings and may be used to promote Haus of Moments. By attending, you consent to this — see our Privacy Policy for the details and how to opt out.
